Dual-Action Mechanism

Ellansé M provides immediate volume restoration through its CMC gel carrier while the PCL microspheres gradually stimulate natural collagen production over 12-24 months. The microspheres integrate naturally with tissue architecture, providing a scaffold for new collagen formation.

Biodegradable & Biocompatible

The PCL microspheres are completely biodegradable and biocompatible. They undergo hydrolysis into carbon dioxide and water, which are naturally metabolized by the body, ensuring safety and predictable outcomes over the treatment cycle.

Composition

• 30% Polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres (25-50 μm size)
• 70% carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) carrier gel
• Concentration: 100 mg/ml

Storage & Handling

• Packaging: 2 × 1ml sterile prefilled syringes
• Storage Temperature: 2°C to 25°C
• Shelf Life: 36 months in original packaging

Pre-Treatment

• Disinfect treatment area with chlorhexidine ≥0.5% solution
• Avoid anesthetic agents containing epinephrine
• Patient should avoid anticoagulants 3 days prior

Injection Technique

• Inject at mid-deep dermis depth (1.5-2.5mm)
• Use fanning technique for optimal distribution
• Maintain 30°-45° needle angle
• Maximum 0.2ml per linear threading pass

Post-Treatment Care

• Apply cold compress for 15 minutes post-injection
• Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours
• Follow-up at 4-6 week intervals if additional treatment is needed
• Maximum 2ml per treatment session
